*    let you know if we have concerns which could affect your child’s work or behaviour.

*    set, mark and monitor homework and class work.

*    arrange parents’ evenings to discuss your child’s report, progress and attainment.

*    work with you to resolve any problems which could harm your child’s progress.

*    promote our school vision, mission and value in the way we support your child.

As Parent/Guardian, I will try to:

*    see that my child goes to school regularly, on time, in uniform and properly equipped.

*    ensure that my child’s jewellery, make up or hairstyling is within the school uniform requirements as published in the school brochure.

*    let the school know about any concerns or problems that might affect my child’s work or behaviour.

*    support the school’s policies and guidelines for behaviour and attendance, particularly by contacting the school on the first day of absence.

*    support my child in homework and other opportunities for learning at home, and check and sign my child’s planner.

*    attend parents’ evenings and discussions about my child, and work with the school to help with his/her progress.

*    take full responsibility for the behaviour of my child at lunch time if they go home for lunch.

*    contact the school politely to find out exactly what has happened before believing every word my child tells me.

As A Pupil I will try to:

*    attend school regularly, on time, smartly dressed in uniform keeping to the school rules on jewellery, make up and hairstyles.  I will not wear a cap or hooded top.

*    bring all the equipment I need every day.

*    complete my class work and homework as well as I can.

*    support the school’s code of conduct and school rules by showing care and respect for other people, their views and their learning.  I know that the school does not tolerate pupils who hit or bully others.  I agree that selfish, rude or disruptive behaviour is disgraceful and the school will not tolerate it.
